运用Delphi方法进行硬件规模估算,对硬件规模进行量化,运用平均生产率的概念计算项目的人工成本,从而得出项目的投入时间,为项目开发计划的制定以及成本估算提供参考。

Wide band Delphi method is used for hardware estimation,to measure hardware scale.The concept of average productivity is used to calculate the product cost so as to get the project investment of time,provide reference of the project development plan and cost estimates.
