摘要
为了精确地测量放大变换电路输出的频率脉冲信号,设计了一种放大变换电路测试系统。以工控机为主搭建硬件测试平台,给被测电路板提供七路供电电源、稳定的恒流输入信号以及时间基准脉冲信号,放大变换电路板将输出X、Y、Z三个通道,每个通道各正负两路,共计六路脉冲信号,将这些信号送到工控机内并利用美国NI公司的LabVIEW图形化编程软件,借助于NI-DAQmx驱动软件进行编程。系统完成后性能稳定可靠,测量精度达到设计要求。
In order to accurately measure the frequency pulse signal output by the enlarge transform circuit,a kind of amplification transform circuit testing system was designed.By using industrial PC and high-low temperature chamber as the main testing hardware platform,seven power supply,stable constant current source of input signal and the time benchmark pulse signal circuit for the tested transform circuit board are povided.As a result,the transform circuit board output three channels(X,Y,Z) of signals with each channel having plus and minus signals.These signals were sent to the industrial PC and the NI company's LabVIEW software of graphical programming was used with the aid of NI-DAQmx driver software.The system had stable and reliable performance,and effectively met the requirements of measurement precision.
