摘要
随着中国人口老龄化、高龄化的快速发展与失能老人数量的不断增加,大众对养老需求的预期不断提高。人们在关注养老模式的同时,开始研究介护老人的介护质量问题,探讨养老护理职业、介护职业与介护人才的培养问题。
With the severer population aging and an increasing number of disabled elders in China, the public expectations on the needs of elderly care has been increasingly rising. People begin to be concerned about the quality of elderly nursing care as well as the elderly care mode. The thesis explores the issues on the occupation development of the elderly care industry and the human resource development of elderly care and high-end nursing care industry.
