Building the Personnel Training System of Assets Appraisal Based on Working Process in Higher Vocational Colleges

以职业教育的类型特征为出发点,基于职业工作过程在实践改革中构建出高职资产评估与管理专业"三证一体"的人才培养模式,按照资产评估工作流程中的主要行动领域,归纳出行动导向教学过程的学习领域课程体系和"教学—模拟—实践"循序渐进的实践教学体系,以期对高职资产评估与管理专业人才培养建设有较大的指导作用。

Starting with the features of vocational education, this article builds a 3-certificates-integrated training mode based on practical working process of assets appraisal in higher vocational colleges, generalizes curriculum system of action-oriented teaching process and ＂teaching-simulating-acting＂ practical training system, with a view to being helpful for vocational education of assets appraisal specialty.
