摘要
近几年,我国的家族企业正相继步入换代高峰期,如何顺利实现家族企业的新老交替,成功完成代际传承是许多中国家族企业面临的重大挑战。本文在家族企业传承背景和重要性的基础上,分析了家族企业代际传承中存在的问题,主要包括"家文化"对家族企业传承的不利影响,缺乏权力传承规划,继任者与企业员工的冲突。在此基础上,提出了解决家族企业代际传承问题的对策,重点是建立优秀的家族企业文化,注重继承人的选拔与培养,建立多样化的传承模式等。
In the recent years, the family firms in China have paced into the peek of succeeding one after another. How to achieve the succession of the new to the old favorably and complete the succession successfully is a significant challenge faced by the family firms in China. This paper, basing on the background and importance of the succession of family firms, analyzes the problems in the succession of family firms, mainly including the negative influence from "family culture" to the succession of family firms, the lacking of program- ming of rights succession, the conflicts between the successor and the employees. On this basis, the paper raises the responding strategies to solve the problems of the succession of family firms, with the key points on estabhshing qualified family firm culture, paying attention to the selection and molding of the successor, forming various kinds of succeeding modes, etc.
