Application of low molecular weight heparin in hemodialysis

摘要 低分子肝素(LMWH)与普通肝素相比具有抗凝作用强、生物利用度高、血浆半衰期长等优点,且极少引起血脂代谢紊乱及骨代谢异常,在临床血液透析治疗中应用较广。本文综述LMWH在血液透析中的应用现状。 Compared with unfractionated heparin, Low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) has significant anti-coagulation activity, high bioavailability and longer half-life. In addition, the effect on serum lipids and bone metabolism is favourable. LMWH is found to have an established role in hemodialysis. This review describes the application of LMWH in hemodialysis.
