摘要
目的评价甜睡口服液对小鼠睡眠改善作用。方法小鼠按随机数字表分成9组,进行延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间试验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠试验和巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期试验,每项试验包括3个小组,分别接受溶剂、低剂量(0.684 g/kg)及高剂量甜睡口服液(2.052 g/kg)干预(n=10)。通过延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间试验,观察在戊巴比妥钠催眠的基础上,甜睡口服液对睡眠时间和睡眠潜伏期的影响;通过戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠试验,观察甜睡口服液与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用;通过巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期试验,观察在巴比妥钠催眠的基础上,甜睡口服液对小鼠睡眠潜伏期的影响。结果低和高剂量甜睡口服液均显著延长小鼠在戊巴比妥钠睡眠试验中的睡眠时间、缩短其入睡潜伏期;同时明显缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期;但与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠并无协同作用。结论甜睡口服液具有改善小鼠睡眠作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Tianshui oral liquid on mice sleep improvement. Methods Mice were randomly divided into nine groups to perform the test of pentobarbital-induced sleep time, the test of sub-threshold dose of pentobarbital induced sleep time and the test of barbital-induced sleep latency. Each test contained three subgroups including the vehicle group, the low-dose group (0.684 g/kg) and the high-dose group (2.052 g/group) (n=10). The pentobarbital-induced sleep time test was used to determine the effect of Tianshui oral liquid on sleep time and the latency under the influence of pentobarbital. The sub-threshold dose of pentobarbital-induced sleep time test was used to observe the cooperative effect of oral liquid with pentobarbital. The barbital-induced sleep latency test was used to study the possible effects of the oral liquid on mice sleep latency under the influence of barbital. Results Tianshui oral liquid at both low and high doses could significantly elongate the sleep time in the pentobarbital-treated mice, reduce the sleep latency and diminish the barbital-induced sleep latency. However, the oral liquid did not produce any cooperative effect with the sub-threshold dose of pentobarbital. Conclusion Tianshui oral liquid could improve the sleep disorder in mice.
