心血管疾病患者的心理障碍以及黛力新的应用

Mental disorders in the patients of cardiovascular disease and the application of Deanxit

目的 研究心血管疾病合并心理障碍患者中，并用黛力新的理论基础及效果。方法 选择一些心血管疾病合并心理障碍患者，包括冠心病、原发性高血压、二尖瓣脱垂、β受体高敏症等，于原有药物基础上并用黛力新 10.5 mg,2次 /d。结果 临床有效率在 90％以上。结论 在心血管疾病合并心理障碍患者中，并用黛力新能获得更佳疗效。

： Objective To observe the oritical basis and effect of adding Deanxit in the patients of cardiovascular disease associated with mental disorders.Methord Several patients of cardiovascular disease associated with mental disorders were selected, including coronary heart disease; primary hypertension;mitral vavle prolapse; adrenergicβ－ receptor hypersensitivity etc. Deanxit 10.5mg twice per－ day was administered together with basic drug therapy.Result The clinical effect rate was over 90％ .Conclusion To use Deanxit could gain better effect in the patients of cardiovascular disease associated with mental disorders.
