高压交变电磁场对心脑血管疾病康复的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨高压交变电磁场对心脑血管疾病的疗效和机制。方法 应用高压交变电磁场治疗心脑血管疾病 560例,对比分析治疗前后 55例血清脂蛋白及其亚组分和 30例血液流变学指标的变化。结果 显效 229例,好转 290例,无效 41例, 60例高血压患者的血压有明显的改善;治疗后血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL- C)降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)升高,降低了全血和血浆粘度。结论 高压交变电磁场能改善脂蛋白代谢,改变血液流变学性质。 Objective To discuss the mechanism and effects of high voltage alternative electromagnetic field on cardiocerebrovascular diseases.Method 560 cases of cardiocerebrovascular diseases were treated by high voltage alternative electromagnetic field.The lipoprotein and its subgroup of 55 cases、 hemodynamics of 30 cases were compared between pre and post treatment.Result 229 cases were significant effect,290 cases were improved and 41 cases were effectiveless.The blood pressure of 60 cases hypertension were decreased significantly.Total cholesterol(TC)、 tiglycerides(TG)、 low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL- C) levels dropped and high density lipoprotein cholesterol increased significantly.Meanwile,the blood and plasma viscosity was decreased significantly.Conclusion The high voltage alternative electromagnetic field can improve lipoprotein metabolism and hemodynamics.The therapeutic effects is significant for cardiocerebrovascular diseases.
