摘要 目的 研究细胞外 ATP对于失神经肌肉萎缩的作用。方法 采用大鼠坐骨神经切断后腓肠肌肌注 ATP模型,检测肌湿重,肌肉横断面面积和运动终板染色及图象分析。结果 肌注 ATP侧肌湿重、肌肉横断面面积和运动终板染色平均灰度值与生理盐水肌注组对照具有显著差异 (P< 0.05)。结论细胞外 ATP对于防止或延缓失神经肌肉萎缩的发生具有一定的作用。 Objective To study the effects of extracellular ATP on denervated muscullar atrophy.Methods Sprague Dawley rats were used in this experiment.Sciatic nerves were transected and sutured on both sides of all the animals.Then ATP was injected into the musculus gastrocnemius.The muscles were taken for wet weight and histologic examination.The endplate was investigated with the CMIAS image analysis system.Results Statistical significance was detected in all the data between the muscles on the ATP injected side and the control side(P< 0.05).Conclusion Extracellular ATP injection was a valuable method of preventing denervated muscle atrophy.
