摘要
分析主变突然跳闸原因,对其变压器油参数,高压线圈直阻、介损、绕组变形试验等进行分析,查找故障发生的原因,提出故障发生的原因是由于密封垫圈变形导致变压器油中进水,绝缘降低发生C相匝间短路并针对暴露出的问题提出防范措施.
The parameters of transformer oil, high voltage coil DC resistance, dielectric loss, and winding deformation test were carried out to find out the reason of trip accident of 2# main transformer switch. It is verified that water penetrate into transformer oil because of sealing gasket deformation, corresponding worsened insulation induced intertum short circuit of the C phase winding. Finally, the precautionary measures are proposed in this paper.
