The electronic manuscript management system plays a significant role to reduce the labor intensity of journal editors filling, auditing, specify the examination and approval of the manuscript management process, and create a fair ,just, reasonable and smooth contribution environment. Based on WEB, the system provides to the writers, experts and editors a whole electronic release cycle management functions including registration, contribution, allocation, audi- ting, feedback, modify, finalized, distribute, statistics, and so on. It can improve the efficiency and service level for examination and approval of the electronic manuscript as well as the electronic manuscript automation management.
