以沈北哈罗国际幼儿园的视频分布应用为背景,通过对数字视频采集、传输中的信号进行压缩等技术进行了分析研究,实现了数字视频的互联网传输.经过测试与实践检验,系统运行平稳、流畅.

In view of the constraints of insufficient users and location in the ordinary monitoring mode, a Network Digital Video Monitoring Systems based on DVR was put forward. This system employed Hikvision digital hard disk video recorder equipment and streaming media server forwarding technology which can realize the digital video trans- mission on the Internet by compressing the signal collected by digital video acquisition and transmitted. The practice application and test of the system in Hello International Kindergarten located in Shenbei New District showed this system ran stably and smoothly.
