21世纪的市场是跳跃式变化和不规则变化的,其主流思维是快速应变。《孙子兵法》对知彼知己、践墨随敌及速度、实际、主动、节奏等的论述,启发现代企业必须建立快速应变新模式,因应不规则的市场变化,满足市场与消费者的跳跃式需求和不规则需求,先关注过程对策,接着关注并确定结果对策,从而使企业立于不败之地。
The market in 21 century is one of jumping and irregular changes, the main stream idea of which is quick reaction. With the reference to the expositions of "knowing the enemy and confidant", carrying out the plans according to the enemy' s changes, the tempo, reality,initiative and rhyme in The Art of War, the quick reaction pat- tern has to be established in modern enterprises to adapt to irregular market changes,meet the jumping and irregular needs between the market and consumers. Enterprises can remain invincible through focusing on process counter- measures and the decision of result countermeasures.
