Application Experience of Secure Indwelling Needle in 100 Cases of Infantile

目的:总结100例小儿使用安全型留置针的护理经验。方法:对100例小儿患者使用安全型留置针情况包括穿刺部位的评估、穿刺方法、封管技术、留置时间、置管期间护理进行总结。结果:安全型留置针的正确应用操作简单,可减少患者痛苦,在加强护理的同时能提高穿刺成功率、减少并发症,从而提高患儿满意度。结论:安全型留置针在儿科具有应用推广价值。

Objective： To summarize the experience of 100 pediatric patients with secure catheters nursing. Method： Evaluated the 100 pediatric patients with secure catheters in the evaluation of puncture, puncture method, pipe sealing technology, the indwelling time and nursing period. Results： The correct application of secure indwelling needle had simple operation, reduced patient pain, and at the same time of strengthening nursing could improve the success rate of puncture, reduce complications and improve patients satisfaction. Conclusion：Secure indwelling needle in pediatric patients have the value of application and promotion.
