随着中国成品油市场的全面开放,客户资源的积累与维护已直接关系到企业的生死存亡,并成为企业在当今市场竞争中的核心竞争力,因此中石化客户关系变得越来越重要,谁能掌握客户的需求趋势,加强与客户的联系,有效管理和发掘客户资源,谁就能取得市场竞争优势。客户关系管理成为企业制胜的关键。
Nowadays,with China's refined oil market is fully opened, the accumulation and maintenance of customer resources have been directly related to the survival of enterprises and become competitive in today's market, the core competitiveness, therefore becoming increasingly important in the petrochemical customers, who can master customer demand trends, strengthen ties with customers to effectively manage and explore customer resources ,who will be a- ble to obtain competitive advantage. Customer relationship management has become the key to winning.
