基于独立学院教学系统管理模式信息化的实践——以河北联合大学冀唐学院为例

Based on The Application of University Educational Administration System in Independent College ——Jitang College of Hebei United Universityas an Example

"独立学院"是在长期公办机制条件下国家机制和社会市场机制相结合的中国高等教育的一种顺势选择。它既是中国特殊国情背景下特殊时期顺应高等教育急剧扩展的特有产物,又是中国民办高等教育发展中合乎逻样的一种特殊形式[1]。目前,独立院校在教学管理中的特殊运作方式导致大部分教学管理流程和公办院校的流程有其特殊性,因此需要一套符合自己规则、适合自己实际情况的教学管理平台。以河北联合大学冀唐学院为例,我院现使用URP高校教学管理系统(University Educational Administration System,简称UEAS),其作为数字化校园核心业务系统之一,是一个集Client/Server和Browser/Web Server技术于一体,涉及教学管理各环节,面向学校各部门以及各层次用户的大型集成教学管理信息系统。该系统实现了独立学院的教学管理中的各种功能,为独立学院的创新教学管理信息化提供了借鉴。

＂ Independent College＂ is an option that goes with the development of the current higher education situa- tion in China, which is a mechanism under the condition of the long-run national mechanism with the combination of the national mechanism and the society market mechanism. It is not only the unique product responding to the spe- cial context of the rapid expansion of higher education under the particular national condition background in China and the particular time ,but also a special form in line with the development of Chinag private higher education. At present, the particular mode of operation in teaching management in independent colleges leads to its particularity in most process of the teaching management and public colleges, therefore it needs a set of the teaching management platform which accords with rules for its own and the actual situation. In this paper, taking Hebei United University Jitang College as an example, our college now uses URP of University Educational Administration System （ referred to as UEAS）, as one of digital campus core business Systems, which is a large integrated teaching management in- formation system with the collection of a set/Server and Browser/Web Server technology, involving various aspects of teaching management and facing all levels and departments of schools and users. The system achieves various func- tions in teaching management of the independent college and provides a reference for the innovation of teaching management information in the independent college.
