摘要 幼儿园教育质量及其评价是当前学前教育工作的重要关注点之一,高质量的幼儿教育能有效促进幼儿的可持续发展。通过对国内外幼儿园教育质量评价的研究,并结合海南少数民族地区幼儿园自身的特点,编制了幼儿园教育质量的评价量表,主要从结构性质量、过程性质量、结果性质量三个维度建立指标,对三个二级指标进行细分得到13个三级指标,通过专家实地考察填写评价量表,收集海南少数民族地区7所公立幼儿园和13所民办幼儿园的各类指标数据。利用主成分分析法对所收集的数据进行分析,建立了成分函数模型,从中可以看出影响海南少数民族地区幼儿园教育质量的因素是学园环境,教学设备和教师的资格和发展。 Kindergarten Education Quality and Evaluation is an important focus of the current pre - school, high - quality early childhood education can effectively promote the sustainable development of young children. Based on the evaluation of the quality of education at home and abroad to study the kindergarten and nursery minorities combined Hainan own characteristics, the paper prepares nursery education quality assessment scale, and mainly from such three dimensions indicators as the structural quality, process quality, the quality of the results are also established. After that, the three secondary indicators are subdivided into various segments 13 level indicators, field visits by experts to fill assessment Scale, collecting seven ethnic minority areas in Hainan public kindergartens and 13 private kindergartens. The data collected are analyzed by using principal component analysis to establish the composition function model. Therefore, the conclusion are drawn that from the kindergarten Hainan factors affecting the quality of education in ethnic minority areas are eligible for the environment and development academy, teaching facilities and teachers.
