中小城市摩托车专用车道设置与实用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 摩托车因其自身的灵活便捷且出行成本低等优势,在国内依然有相当大的保有量。近年来,为解决摩托车的管理问题,国内大多数城市以简单禁令限制摩托车的发展。本文从技术管理的角度出发,在参考国内外摩托车管理模式的基础上,深入分析了摩托车、汽车混行道路上摩托车的交通特性,根据其行驶特性以及道路、交通流的不同条件组合,提出摩托车专用车道的设置方式,以提高道路交通安全水平、改善行车秩序。 The quantity of possessed motorcycles is very high in China, for the advantages of motorcycle, like flexibility, convenience and low-cost. In recent years, to solve the problems of motorcycle management, most cities of China have just implemented a simple ban to limit the development of motorcycle. Judging from the current trend, motorcycle will still be one of the important ways of travel chosen by the residents in small and medium-sized urban area in the near future in China. With reference to the modes of motorcycle management at home and abroad, this paper takes a point of view from technical management and analyzing the characteristics of motorcycle in the mixed traffic flow of automobile and motorcycle. This paper raised a solution of how to set up the motorcycle exclusive lanes according to their characteristics and the conditions of roads and traffic flow, aiming to improve the traffic safety and ensure the traffic order. Finally, this paper analyzed the utility of motorcycle exclusive lanes at home and abroad, emphasized that the motorcycle technical management was entirely feasible to implement.
