摘要
随着海洋科学研究的不断深入,可测微小上升流的流速传感器的重要性越来越突出。为了解决对其标定需要稳定的μN级微力这一难题,文章提出了一种可行的垂直微力发生装置,并对整体装置在重力场作用下的变形及微力缩小效果进行分析,最终提出了一种对称差动配重式结构方案;通过有限元分析软件得出装置理论缩小倍数。结果显示:这种对称配重式差动装置有效减小了装置在重力场下的变形,同时能够输出稳定的μN级微力。
With the deepening of the marine science research ,the velocity sensor for measuring tiny up-welling flow becomes more and more important .In order to solve the difficult problem that the cali-bration of the sensor needs stable micro force of μN grade ,a feasible vertical micro force generator is put forward ,the deformation of the whole device and the effect of micro force reduction in the gravita-tional field are analyzed ,and a kind of symmetric counterweight and differential structure is put for-ward .Finally ,the theoretical narrow multiples are gotten by using the finite element analysis soft-ware .The results show that the device with symmetric counterweight and differential structure effec-tively reduces the deformation of device in the gravitational field and can produce stable micro force ofμN g rade .
