带环形防晃板的圆柱储液罐三维晃动动力特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章基于声学模型算法,采用膜单元与声学单元耦联方法,建立了储液罐三维晃动动力学模型。以有限元软件ABAQUS为平台,编制相应程序,分析圆柱型储液罐液体晃动自然频率、模态,计算不同环板参数对储液罐动力特性的影响,并将其与理论解进行对比分析以验证该方法的正确与可行性。结果表明:隔板具有明显的防晃作用,液体晃动特性与环板相对半径大小及相对位置具有一般规律性。 Based on acoustic models ,and using the coupling method of membrane and acoustic ele-ments ,the dynamics model of 3D liquid sloshing in cylindrical liquid storage tank is established .By u-sing the finite element package ABAQUS ,the relevant programs are made ,the eigen-frequencies and modals of the cylindrical tank liquid sloshing are analyzed and the dynamic characteristics of the cylin-drical liquid tanks with different parameters of baffles are calculated .The obtained results are com-pared with the theoretical solution so as to verify the accuracy and feasibility of this method .The re-sults show that the baffle plays a significant role in anti-sloshing ,and the liquid sloshing characteris-tics have certain relations with the inner-hole diameter and the arrangement of ring baffle .
