摘要
开发并实现了由大型商业软件SAP2000导入ABAQUS有限元模型的接口程序——SAP2ABAQUS,明确交代了适用于隐式算法UMAT与显式算法VUMAT的inp数据格式并给出了相应注记。SAP2ABAQUS接口程序基于Microsoft VS2008平台并采用Visual C#语言开发而成,提出并设置界面为导航方式,可自由选择生成隐式或显式格式的inp数据文件,不仅直接可转换不同截面杆系构件、壳体、组以及约束等信息,而且可将材料纤维信息直接转化为inp文件,包括难于处理的适用于隐式和显式算法的的钢材纤维、剪力墙配筋率等。可转化型钢构件包括圆形钢管、箱形钢管、工字钢与角钢,混凝土构件包括钢筋混凝土、圆钢管混凝土、方钢管混凝土、I字型以及十字形型钢混凝土。采用SAP2ABAQUS接口程序,对几种典型形式的结构模型分别转化,对比转化前后的模型信息以及模态分析结果,进一步验证了开发SAP2ABAQUS的可行性与准确性。该项工作可极大提高ABAQUS前处理的工作效率和模型转化的准确性。
An interface program named SAP2ABAQUS for converting commercial software SAP2000 into ABAQUS finite element model is developed and implemented.While,the inp file format respectively suitable to implicit UMAT and explicit VUMAT algorithms is briefly introduced and the corresponding notes are given as well.The interface program SAP2ABAQUS which is developed based on the development platform of Microsoft VS2008 and coded by using Visual C# programming language could proposes and sets interface for navigate mode.The user can freely choose to generate an implicit or explicit inp data file.Through using SAP2ABAQUS,not only the rigid frame member of different section,shell,group and restraint information etc.and the material fiber information but also the steel fibers and reinforcement ratio of shear wall which are difficult to handle and could apply to implicit and explicit algorithms can be transformed into inp file directly.The convertible steel member includes circular steel pipe,box shape steel pipe,joist shape steel and angle steel,and the concrete member includes reinforced concrete,concrete-filled circular steel tube concrete,"Ⅰ" shaped concrete and cross shape steel reinforced concrete.At last,several typical finite element models are respectively transformed from SAP2000 to ABAQUS using the SAP2ABAQUS interface program,and then are compared.From the comparison of model information before and after the transformation and their corresponding modal analysis results,it shows the feasibility and accuracy of the developed program SAP2ABAQUS.The work can greatly increase the efficiency of ABAQUS preprocessing and the accuracy of the model transform.
