高强土工格室加筋砂土地基模型试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 分别针对纯砂地基和高强土工格室加筋地基进行多组模型试验,研究了单层土工格室埋深、焊距以及地基土压实度对地基承载力和变形特征的影响,并结合格室拉应变和筋材下方附加土压力的分布规律,以及地基和筋材的极限破坏状态,总结了高强土工格室加筋地基的作用机理。结果表明:相比纯砂地基,土工格室加筋能的地基承载力提高2倍多,可以减小地基沉降,并提高土体抗变形能力;加筋效果随格室埋深、焊距的减小和地基压实度的增加不断提高。影响程度从大到小依次为:砂土压实度、格室埋深、格室焊距;中间高强格室单元充分利用其抗拉强度,发挥侧限作用,有效扩散土中应力。 A series of model tests were carried out on pure sand foundation and reinforced foundation with highstrength geocells to research the influences of single layer reinforcement depth,welded spacing and foundation soil compaction on the bearing capacity and deformation of the foundation.Furthermore,the reinforcement mechanism was summarized according to the distribution of tensile strain of geocell,additional stress under the reinforcement layer and the ultimate failure state of geocell and foundation.Results showed that geocell reinforcement could more than treble the bearing capacity of pure sand foundation,reduce the foundation settlement and improve the deformation resistance of geocell-reinforced layer.The effect of reinforcement increased with the decrease of geocell depth,welded spacing and the increase of foundation' s compaction.The influence of sand compaction was the largest,followed by geocell depth and welded spacing.The geocell of high strength in the middle played the most important role in reducing stress in the foundation soil and spread the stress to a larger scale by using its high tensile strength.
