我国资源性产品价格改革的对策研究

资源是经济社会发展必不可少的物质基础,不仅关系到国民经济的健康、持续、协调发展,而且关系到整个国家与民族的安全。资源性产品价格改革必须向市场化方向逐步推进,其价格调整也要更为灵活,并在定程度上反映供矛盾。目前,资源性产品日趋紧张,空气、土壤、水环境破坏严重,日益成为整个国家和人民的心头之患。如何发挥价格杠杆的调节作用,是人心所向、大势所趋。

As essential material basis for economic and social development, resources are not only related to the healthy, sustainable and coordinated development of national economy, but also are important to country and national security. FZe- source price reform must gradually advance towards marketization, with the price adjustment methods more flexible, and dis- playing supply and demand contradiction to a certain extent. Currently, there is an increasingly tight supply of resource-based products, while serious air, soil, water related environmental destruction has become the concern of whole country. How to exert the leverage of price is the popular sentiment and represent the general trend.
