高校大型仪器设备共享平台建设与管理探索

On Building and Managing a Resource-sharing Platform of Large-scale Instruments and Equipments in China's Universities

随着高校在实验室建设及设备购置上经费投入的日益增长,如何合理使用和管理现有仪器设备,尤其是管理、利用好大型仪器设备,实现资源共享,充分发挥其投资效益,成为高校大型仪器设备管理亟待解决的问题。从大型仪器设备资源共享的管理模式及机制建立与完善出发,探讨了大型仪器设备共享平台建设与管理方面存在的问题,并提出了相应改进措施。

The constantly increasing expenditures on laboratory construction and equipment acquisition in China＇s col- leges and universities are accompanied by problems of how to properly use and manage the existing instruments and equip- ments especially large-scale instruments and equipments to achieve resource sharing and make reasonable investment returns. Starting from management mode and system construction and improvement of resource sharing of large-scale equipments, this paper discusses existing problems and proposes relevant improvement approaches.
