高职电子类专业顶岗实习探析

Discussion on Internship in Higher Vocational Electronic Majors

顶岗实习是高职教育重要的教学环节,旨在增强学生的专业技能和综合素养。在人才培养方案中安排顶岗实习环节已是高职电子类专业通行的做法,但顶岗实习方案的设计往往未能充分考虑到电子类专业的特点。高职电子类专业的顶岗实习方案设计应将岗位的选择作为重点,结合教学改革,加强过程管理,以推动人才培养目标的实现。

Internship is one important teaching link in higher vocational education w hich is aimed at strengthening the students＆#39;professional skills and comprehensive qualities .Setting up internship link in talents cultivation plans has been one practice in higher vocational electronic majors .However , the characteristics of electronic majors aren＆#39;t taken into full account in the internship plan designing . The internship plan designing in higher vocational electronic majors should place emphasis on the posi-tion choice and strengthen the process management combined with the teaching reform in order to pro-mote the achievement of talents cultivation objects .
