物流服务与管理专业人才培养模式构建研究

Study on Construction of Talents Cultivation Model in Logistics Service and Management Major

根据市场需求改革人才培养模式是高职物流服务与管理专业提高人才培养质量的重要途径。江苏省扬州商务高等职业学校经过积极探索,构建了"校企联盟,工学交替,渐进顶岗"的人才培养模式。实践证明,这一模式提高了学生的综合职业能力,提升了专业服务地方的能力,实现了学校、企业和学生的共赢。

Reforming the talents cultivation model according to market requirements is one impor-tant method for higher vocational logistics service and management major to improve the talents culti-vation quality .Through active exploration ,Yangzhou Commercial Higher Vocational School of Jiang-su Province built the talents cultivation model named school-enterprise alliance ,school-work alterna-tion and gradual internship .The practice proves that this model not only improves the students＆#39;com-prehensive professional skills and the major＆#39;s capacity to serve the regional areas ,but also gains the win-win cooperation of schools ,enterprises and students .
