摘要
车门限位器作为车门系统的一个关键部件,对车门开关舒适性和驾乘人员出入车辆方便性起到重要作用。本文主要结合自身设计工作经验,阐述了常用限位器的基本布置和设计原理及方法,充分利用CATIA及EXCEL等工具建立了设计计算标准模型,希望能够使大家在同类车门限位器设计方面的理解和掌握有所助益。
The door checker is a very important part in a vehicle door system. When a customer open the door and get in or out the vehicle, the door checker could work for the customer to be comfortable and convenient. This paper represents the basic theory and application of the door checker base on our experience. Then we create a standard model by CATIA and EXCEL to design the congener door checkers. We hope it is helpful to design the congener door checkers.
