Analyze the Cause of Spill of Fuel Tank Cap in Light Duty Truck

针对某轻型载货汽车在整车试验过程中出现的油箱盖漏油问题,以故障车的实物状态为依据,采用Benchmark的方法,对可能导致漏油的各种因素逐个进行检查判断,逐一排查,从而找出导致油箱盖漏油的主要原因,制定出改进措施并进行了试验验证。

For the spill of the fuel tankl cover in a light truck, we take the broken-down trcuck＇s physical state as a basis, and check all various factors that may cause oil spill by using the benchmarck methods,then we find the major cause of the spilk finally we work out the improving measuresa and prove it by experiment.
