口腔修复不同材料的摩擦性能比较分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究金属、树脂、陶瓷三种口腔修复材料的摩擦性能。方法:选择2010年3月-2013年3月本院接诊的60例(90颗患牙)患者,随机分为三组,分别采用金属、树脂及陶瓷三种不同的修复材料进行修复。结果:治疗后6个月,金属组、树脂组及陶瓷组患者的牙齿修复成功率分别为93.3%、90.0%、93.3%,三组患者治疗成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1年,三组患者的牙齿修复成功率分别为90.0%、86.7%、90.0%,三组患者治疗成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对治疗1年三组患者口腔修复失败的情况进行记录分析,发现金属组中有破裂患牙1颗,畸形患牙1颗,出现其他失败的患牙1颗;树脂组有松动脱落患牙1颗,牙齿破裂患牙2颗,畸形患牙1颗;陶瓷组:松动脱落患牙1颗,破裂1颗,畸形1颗。三组患者的修复失败情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金属、树脂、陶瓷三种口腔修复材料的摩擦性能无显著性差异,在应用中材料的选择应视具体情况而定。 Objective:To study the friction properties of the three kinds of metal,resin,ceramic dental restorative materials. Method:60 cases(90 teeth)from March 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups,namely the use of metal,resin and ceramic three different restorative materials for repair. Result:After six months of treatment,the success rate of metal group,resin and ceramic dental restorations group of patients were 93.3%,90.0%,93.3%,the success rate of the three groups of patients showed no significant difference(P>0.05). 1 year after treatment,three groups of patients with treatment success rates were compared and found that the three groups of patients with dental restorations success rates were 90.0%,86.7%,90.0%,the success rate of three groups of patients the treatment was no significant difference(P>0.05). After treatment, the treatment of one of three groups of patients for dental records in case of failure analysis and found that the metal group had one broken tooth,one tooth deformity,other failures occur teeth 1;resin group fall off teeth with a tooth broken teeth 2,a malformation of teeth;ceramic group:loose in a teeth, cracked a deformity 1.The failure of the repair of the three groups was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:The friction properties of the three kinds of metal,resin,ceramic dental restorative materials are no significant differences,in the application of the choice of materials should be specific circumstances.
