镀膜参数对刀具切削性影响的研究

摘要 采用镀膜合金刀具加工AISI304不锈钢,应用灰关联-田口实验法设计混合直交表,研究镀膜工艺对刀具切削性的影响,得到镀膜最佳工艺参数:铬靶材功率100 W,钨靶材功率150 W,氩氮比例10%,制程时间9 min,实验显示工件表面粗糙度为0.75μm,刀具磨损量28.3μm。 The AISI304 stainless steel is machined by coating alloy tools, an orthogonal array tables are designed by grey relation -Taguchi experiment method, the influence of process technology on cutting performance for the tool are researched. The best process parameters are obtained in the result, including the chromium target power 100 W, the tungsten target power 150 W, the argon and nitrogen ratio 10%, and the process time 9 min. The experi- ments shows workpiece surface roughness 0.75 μm, tool wear 28.3 μm.
