文章通过对"医疗风险"概念的界定——"医疗风险"是指医患双方在医疗过程中遭受损失的可能性,或者是在医疗过程中可能导致医患双方遭受损失的一种客观状态,将医疗风险与医疗风险所导致的实际损害结果加以区分,并以此立论,提出沟通技巧在医疗风险管理中对医疗风险的识别、预防医疗风险转化为实际损害结果、控制损害范围扩大以及医疗风险分担机制上均能够起到重要作用。

＂Medical risk＂ refers to the possibilities of loss of doctors and patients in the course of medical treatment, or an objective state which may lead to doctors and patients loss according to this definition, medical risks and actual damage results caused in the course of medical treatment, by medical risks are distinguished. And based on this argument, the author puts forward that communication technologies play an important role in i dentifying medical risks in medical risk management, preventing medical risks from developing into actual harm ful results, controlling the expansion of damage scope, and medical risksharing mechanisms as well.
