摘要
案例教学法在我国高等院校法学专业教育中发挥了不可替代的作用,但也存在一些突出的问题。文章在介绍美国法学案例教学法的基础上,对我国高等院校法学专业实施案例教学法的状况进行了反思,并从更新观念,选择、完善案例,充实和加强师资力量,健全学生成绩评价机制等方面提出了建议。
Case teaching in colleges and universities in major education, while there are still some problems. Based our country has played an irreplaceable role in law on the introduction to American law case teaching, this paper reflects the current status of case teaching for law majors in colleges and universities of our country,and puts forward some suggestions to improve and perfect law case teaching in our country from the perspectives of renewing ideas, choosing and perfecting case, enriching and strengthening the faculty, and improving the stu dent performance evaluation mechanism, etc.
