冠心病患者血浆肾上腺髓质素和同型半胱氨酸水平的研究

摘要 目的检测冠心病(CHD)患者外周静脉血浆中肾上腺髓质素(ADM)和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)浓度并探讨其临床意义。方法 30例CHD病人和30例正常对照者,用放射免疫分析法检测其静脉血浆ADM浓度,用高效液相色谱及荧光法检测其相应总的HCY浓度。结果CHD病人静脉血浆ADM和HCY浓度均显著高于对照组(39.46±2.21 ng/L比17.35±1,72ng/L,P<0.001和23.47±0.75umol/L比10.72±0.45umol/L,P<0.001),血浆ADM浓度与HCY浓度间呈显著正相关(r=0.92.P<O.001)。结论 ADM和HCY均参与了CHD的病理生理过程,增高的血浆ADM可能代偿性地减轻血浆高水平HCY对心血系管统的损害。 Objective This study was to investigate the plasma levels of adrenomedullin(ADM) and homocysteine (HCY) in the patients with corondry heart disedse(CHD) and to explore their clinical implications. Methods Vein blood samples were taken from 30 patients with CHD and 30 normal subjects. Plasma concentrations of ADM and HCY were measured by radioimmunoassay and high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. Results In the patients with CHD. the vein plasma levels of ADM and HCY were significanly higher than those in normal controls (39. 46 ± 2. 21ng/L vs 17. 35±1. 72ng/L, P<0. 001 and 23. 47±0. 75umol/L vs 10. 72± 0. 45umo/L, P<0. 001). There was significantly positive correlation between the plasma levels of ADM and HCY. Conclusion The study suggested that ADM and HCY might play important roles in the pathophysiological process of CHD. Furthermore, higher levels of ADM was associated with the cardiovascular protection and com-pensatively reduced the cardiovascular damage induced by higher levels of HCY.
