通脉冲剂质量控制研究

Quality Control of Tongmai Powder

目的:制订通脉冲剂的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对通脉冲剂中葛根、丹参、川芎进行定性鉴别;并利用薄层扫描法对处方中君药葛根的主要成分葛根素进行含量测定。结果:葛根、丹参、川芎的定性鉴别专属;葛根素在0.503～2.515μg呈良好线性关系,r=0.999,加样回收率为98.1％(n=5);6次独立测定的RSD为2.3％。结论:建立的定性、定量方法,可作为本品的质量控制。

Objectives: To establish a method for the quality control of Tongmai Powder. Method: Pueraria thomsonii, Salivia miltiorrhiza , and Ligusticum chuanxiong in Tongmai powder were qualitatively differentiated by TLC; the content of main component Puerarin of the main medication Puerari thomsonii in prescription was determined by TLC scanning method. Result: The puer-arin presented a good linear relation between 0.503 ug and 2.515 ug, r = 0.999, Spotting recovery was 98.1 %(n=5); RSD detected for six times was 2.3%. Conclusion: This method may be served as the quality control of Tongmai powder.
