Practical Appeal for Modern Vocational Education——Based on the View of Generative Thinking

摘要 生成性教育思维强调教育的过程本性、关系属性、情境特性、差异个性。职业教育的属性、本质、基本特性蕴涵生成性。生成性视域下,现代职业教育要面向工作世界,体现生成的实践本性;要基于工作过程,体现生成的过程属性;要协同创新,体现生成的跨界特性;要观照可能性生活,体现生成的整体价值,实现"更好的技能、更好的生涯、更好的生活"。 Generative educational thinking emphasizes the nature of process, the attribute of relation, the character of situation and the peculiarity of difference in education. The attribute, nature and basic characteristics of vocational education contain the meaning of generation. In the view of generative thinking, modem vocational education not only requires to face work world, to reflect practical property of generation; requires to focus on working process, to embody process attribute of generation ; requires to collaborative innovation, to indicate cross-boundary characters of generation; but also requires to concern about the possible life, to show overall value of generation. As a result, the goal of "superior skills, greater career, and better life" could be achieved.
