Objective: To explore the application effect of Survivin hybridization expression in situ in diagnosis of cervical cancer and cervical precancerous lesion. Methods: A total of 45 patients with cervical cancer, 45 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ( CIN), and 45 patients with normal cervical tissue were selected as observation group, control I group, and control group, respective ly ; all the study objects received Survivin hybridization in situ. Results : The positive expression rates of Survivin in control group, con trol group, and observation group were 2. 2%, 48.9%, and 84.4%, respectively, there was statistically significant difference among the three groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . There was statistically significant difference in the positive expression rate of Survivin in cervical cancer group a mong stage subgroup, stage subgroup, and stage subgroup (P 〈 0. 05) . There was statistically significant difference in the positive expression rate of Survivin in cervical cancer group among high differentiation subgroup, moderate differentiation subgroup, and low differen tiation subgroup ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . There was no correlation between Survivin expression and lymph node metastasis ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Suvrvini plays a key role in occurrence and development of cervical cancer and cervical precancerous lesion, and the degree of Survivin ex-pression is related to progression of the disease and adverse histological grade, which can be used as one of the signs of poor prognosis.
