围巾织物的配色模纹设计

利用色纱与组织的配合进行配色模纹设计是进行机织物设计的重要手段。文章从简单配色模纹设计入手,对配色模纹织物的设计手法进行了深入的探讨与分析。同时结合围巾织物的图案特点,总结出围巾织物的配色模纹设计方法。设计时可先确定围巾配色模纹的图案,应尽可能增加配色模纹的图形面积,再确定相应的色纱排列及组织图,色纱排列以简便为主,组织以不增加综片数为原则。在此基础上,探讨几种围巾织物的配色模纹设计。

Fabrics color effect design through combining dyed yarn and fabric texture is one of the most important methods in fabric design. Beginning from the simple fabrics color effect design, a further discussion has been made on the design of this kind of fabrics. Meanwhile, combined with the characteristics of scarf pattern, the design methods of scarf fabrics color effect has been summarized. The pattern should be concerned firstly which figure area must be enlarged. The color yarn arrange and can be determined secondly. The color yarn arrange should be simple and the number of the heddles should not be added. On this basis, it is researched the design of some kinds of scarf fabrics.
