人工连续繁殖4代的小金蝠蛾生物学特性的变化 被引量:2

摘要 通过比较人工繁育4代后的小金蝠蛾(Hepialus xiaojinensi Tu et Ma)4龄幼虫以及成虫在外部形态、羽化、交配、产卵、寿命等生物学特性与野生亲本间的生物学特征的差异和变化,评价了目前中等规模人工饲养的效果,为蝙蝠蛾的可持续人工大规模培养提供依据和参考。结果显示:人工饲养蝠蛾雌蛾和雄蛾的平均体长、体质量、怀卵量、产卵量、寿命均小于野生,但在羽化、交配、产卵等行为模式上不存在显著差别;与冬虫夏草形成关系密切的4龄幼虫在体长、体质量、头壳宽度等重要性状差异显著(P<0.05)。4代后的种群年平均增长率为44%。证实了人工饲养条件下实现蝠蛾种群的可持续繁衍的可行性。 An experiment was conducted to study the biological characteristics changes between the wild and artificial raised pop- ulation including the wild and raised adult swift moth on morphology, eclosion, mating, spawning and lifespan, and two kinds of fourth instar larvae on the length, weight and head capsule width, and provide some useful suggestion on swift moth artificial raise. The raised adult (male and female) is less than wild samples on average length, weight, fecundity with eggs and spawning. Two populations are similar on lifespan, eclosion and mating. There was significant difference (p〈 0.05 ) in length, mass and shell width. The artificial raised population scale increased by average of 44% each year after four generations. Therefore, the swift moth population can sustain multiply under the artificial raised conditions.
