摘要
采用浸泡、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等方法研究了Fe3+对TC4钛合金在44.6%硫酸溶液中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在44.6%硫酸中,当Fe3+浓度达到0.005mol/L时,TC4的腐蚀速率由1.0×103μm/a降为1.0μm/a,腐蚀反应的阴极过程被抑制,腐蚀电位正移,TC4在硫酸环境中的耐蚀性明显增强。
The corrosion behaviour of titanium alloy TCA in 44. 6% sulphuric acid solutions with various concentrations of Fe3+, was studied by immersion tests, potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that when the concentration of Fe3+ reached 0. 005 mol/L in 44. 6% sulphuric acid solution, the corrosion rate of TC4 droped from 1.0×10^3 μm/a to 1.0 μm/a. The cathodic process of the corrosion reaction was suppressed, the corrosion potential shifted to positive, and the corrosion resistance of TC4 was enhanced obviously.
