摘要
综述了不锈钢亚稳态点蚀的几种形核机理、生长和再钝化过程,亚稳态点蚀向稳态点蚀转变的临界条件,稳态点蚀在不同环境下的生长模式以及研究方法。亚稳态点蚀萌生的判据和再钝化的机理还有待进一步研究,点蚀的机理、动力学及形貌学仍有较大发展空间,需发展有效的研究方法来完善点蚀行为和规律。
The nucleation mechanism, growth, repassivation of metastable pits, the critical conditions of transforming metastable pits to stable pits, the growth of stable pits under different conditions and research methods are reviewed in this paper. The criterion of metastable pit nucleation and the mechanism of repassivation, as well as the mechanism, kinetics and geometry of pits corrosion remain to be studied further. Effective methods will be needed to improve the research of pitting behaviors and pit developing rules.
