摘要
为获得SPF五指山小型猪,本研究选择8头背景较好的五指山小型猪配种,在孕期(111±2)d采用剖腹产的方法取出整个子宫,迅速将子宫消毒后在隔离器中取出胎儿,立即进行复苏、断脐、打耳号、称重、断齿等处理。仔猪在隔离器中人工哺乳1~2个月,然后转移进屏障环境饲养。对净化小型猪的18种主要病原进行检测。结果,手术共获得存活仔猪55头,仔猪存活率90.2%。18种主要病原检测结果全为阴性。本研究成功获得了SPF五指山小型猪,为进一步繁育建立SPF猪种群奠定了基础。
To obtain specific pathogen free (SPF) Wuzhishan minipigs, we selected 8 healthy subjects with good background to hybrid.The whole uteruses were removed from cesarean during pregnancy ( 111+2 days). Then the uteruses were transferred to isolating valves after disinfected rapidly. Fetuses were took out and immediately revived, cut off umbilical cords, earmarked, weighed, and so on. Piglets were artificially suckled for 1 to 2 months, and then diverted to the barrier environment. Eighteen main pathogens were detected on the purification of SPF minipigs. The result showed that 55 piglets survived and the survival rate was 90. 2%. The detection results of all pathogens were negative. In this study, we successfully obtained SPF minipigs, which laid the foundation for breeding SPF pig populations.
