要素错配与全要素生产率损失前沿文献评述 被引量:10

Literature Review of Elements Mismatching and Total Factor Productivity Loss

摘要 国家财富差异的主要原因是全要素生产率的差异,而引起全要素生产率差异的原因是政策扭曲导致的要素错配。要素错配一般分为劳动力错配、资本错配和政策错配,对于要素错配程度及其对全要素生产率的影响可以通过直接测算法和间接测算法进行估算。在要素错配的相关研究上,对于引起要素错配的深层次原因、要素错配所产生的潜在影响以及要素错配发生的渠道等方面还面临着较大的挑战,其中最为重要的是深入理解各种政策所导致的要素错配对全要素生产率造成影响的放大机制,特别是对企业技术吸收能力和技术创新能力的影响机制。 The difference of national wealth lies in the difference of total factor productivity. Elements mismatching, resulted from policy distortion, is the main reason for the difference of total factor productivity. Elements mismatching is generally divided into three aspects: labor mismatching, capital mismatching and policy mismatching. Direct and indirect measurement methods can be adopted to estimate the degree of elements mismatching and its impact on TFP. Thus, according to the comparative analysis, it is found that to figure out the amplification mechanism of the impact of elements mismatching on TFP will greatly facilitate the research in this field.
