后凯恩斯学派消费理论的发展及启示 被引量:2

摘要 后凯恩斯学派消费理论在批判新古典主流消费理论基础上发展起来。新古典主流消费理论具有追求个体效用最大化、注重微观基础和构建严格标准模型的基本特征,后凯恩斯学派批判其非社会的研究方法、脱离现实的过度抽象以及替代效应的作用,强调消费行为的不确定性和社会历史性,在消费理论中引入等级性与层次性,并突出了收入效应的重要作用。后凯恩斯学派消费理论的发展启示我们:必须加快构建符合我国国情的居民消费理论;拓展我国居民消费需要遵循历史原则,关注阶层消费特点,从改变收入入手。 The consumption theories of the school of thought after the Keynesian is based on criticizing the neoclassical mainstream consumption theory. The neo-classical mainstream consumption theory has some basic characteristics such as the pursuit of individual utility maximization, the emphasis of micro basis and the strict requirements to build standard model. The consumption theories of the school of thought after the Keynesian critique its nonsocial research methods and its unpractical excessive abstraction and the role of the substitution effect. They emphasis on the uncertainty, the sociality and the historic significance of consumption behavior. They add gradability and diversity to consumption theories, and highlight the important role of the income effect. By the above theory, we can get the following enlightenment : We must accelerate the establishment of residents consumption theories which conforms to the situation of our country; If we want to expand the residents' consumption in our country, we need to follow the principle of history, focus on class consumption characteristics and start from the change in income.
