基于数据包络分析方法的吉林省县域农业生产效率评价

Evaluation of County Agricultural Production Efficiency of Jilin Province Based on DEA

运用数据包络分析模型分别计算吉林省40个县域的综合农业生产率、纯技术效率、规模效率,对吉林省新农村建设中的农业生产效率进行定量的分析和评价。结果表明,吉林省大多数县域的农业生产率还有很大的提升空间,各县应结合当地情况,从技术效率和规模效率两方面,找出农业生产的薄弱环节,合理布局农业生产,采取相应措施提高农业生产总效率,力求在有限的土地上以较少的投入获得尽可能多的产出。提高农业机械化水平、提高土地资源产出率、增强农业抵御自然灾害的能力、增加农民收入等,是提高农业生产效率的有效途径。

In this paper, DEA model is used to calculate the comprehensive production eiticiency, pure technlcal efficiency and scale efficiency of 40 counties in Jilin Province. It is also adopted to analyze and evaluate the agricultural production efficiency during the new rural construction in Jilin Province. The result shows that there is still much room for the improvement of the agricultural production efficiency in most counties in Jilin Province. Therefore, each county should combine the local conditions to identify the weakness in agricultural production on the basis of technical efficiency and scale efficiency. Every county still needs to rationally adjust the distribution of agricultural production and take appropriate measures to improve the overall agricultural production efficiency in an effort to obtain much output with less investment on the limited land. The effective ways to improve agricultural production efficiency are： to raise the level of agricultural mechanization; to improve the productivity of land resource; to enhance the ability of agriculture to withstand natural disasters; to increase farmers＇ income.
