20世纪初年，清王朝为了解决财政危机，实施了以发展农工商业为核心的新的经济政策。尽管新政的经济政策没有挽救清王朝，却为中国经济的近代化作出了积极影响。

At the beginning of 20th century,in order to extricate itself from the difficult economic position,the Qing Dynasty carried conomic policies didn′t save the Qing Dynasty,but promoted the modernization of Chinese economic.
