后方法时代外语教学中教师角色的调查与分析 被引量:26

An Investigation and Analysis of Teachers' Roles in Foreign Language Teaching in the Post-method Era

摘要 外语教学进入后方法时代后,教师应根据实际教学情况进行教学,教学的成败在很大程度上与教师扮演的角色相关。本文在综述相关文献的基础上针对问卷调查、课堂观察和访谈的结果分析了不同的教师角色及主要内涵,讨论了相关因素,论证了教师角色的重要性。正确定位教师角色、增强教师的角色意识并扮演好这些角色对于提高外语教学质量和教学水平具有举足轻重的意义。 Foreign language teaching has entered the post-method era. Success or failure in teaching depends on teachers' roles to a considerable extent. This paper reviews relevant literature, analyzes teachers' roles and their connotation on the basis of the results of a questionnaire survey, classroom observations and interviews, discusses the related factors and proves the importance of teachers' roles. Correct identification of roles, improvement of teachers' role awareness and good play of those roles are of great importance for enhancing education quality and raising teaching level.
