摘要
基于对城市电网抵御灾害能力进行评估为目的,根据城市电网实际抗灾需求,利用事故树分析法对事故原因进行分析,并依此建立了针对城市电网抗灾能力的评估指标体系。介绍了在城市电网抗灾性评价过程中利用基于指数标度的层次分析法对指标进行的整理与计算,力求建立一套科学、准确和灵活的城市电网抗灾性评价体系,使城市电网的抗灾规划建设得以抓住电网薄弱点,降低因灾发生事故的风险。
This paper establishes the evaluation index system to assess the disaster resistance ability of urban power grid, "by analyzing the actual disaster relief demand and using the fault tree analysis method for the accident causes. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on exponential scale is adopted to collate and calculate the indicators in the evaluation process in order to establish a scientific, accurate and flexible disaster resistance evaluation system. Thereby, the grid vulnerabilities can be detected during the urban grid disaster resistance planning and construction and the risk of accidents can be reduced.
