摘要
为了提高600 MW超临界机组带变负荷能力和协调机组内外矛盾,在超临界机组中采用单元机组负荷管理控制策略。该负荷控制中心根据实际运行情况,将机组的外部负荷需求处理成幅值大小和变化率都能为机组接受的机组实际负荷指令。同时进行了AGC、RB和负荷变动三组试验。通过试验曲线和数据表明该策略可以提高超临界单元机组带变动负荷的能力,迅速满足电网的负荷要求,提高了机组的热效率。
In order to improve the capacity for variable load and resolve the conflicts within and outside the 600MW supercritical unit, the unit load management control strategy is adopted. Based on the actual operation, the external load requirements of the unit will be converted by the control center to actual load instructions, whose amplitude size and change rate are acceptable to the unit. Three tests on AGC, RB and load changes have been conducted simutane- ously, and the test curve and data show that the strategy can improve the unit capacity for variable load and thermal efficiency, and quickly meet the power load requirements.
