构筑安全岛链,营造城市绿网——自贡市安全绿网营造研究

Construct Security Island Chain, Build Urban Greenland Network: Study on Building of Safe Greenland System in Zigong

随着城市化进程的加快、城市人口的急剧膨胀及自然环境的破坏,灾害种类变得越来越多,导致城市的应对能力大大降低。一旦发生重大灾害,其灾后重建的过程漫长而艰难,灾民的安置工作也将面临更大的挑战。以自贡市安全绿网营造研究为例,结合平灾结合的理念,在城市边界上建立、梳理一个广域的防灾避灾系统,它能够在城市灾后重建的过程中为人们提供一定时期内较为稳定的安置场所。通过探讨绿网系统整体衍生模式及防灾村庄的演替模式,寻求适宜的专项策略,以期改善人居环境,营造一个更为完善的城市防灾避灾绿地系统。

With the rapid process of urbanization, the sharp expansion of city population and the destruction of the natural environment, natural disasters become more and more frequent. The coping capacity of cities gets weaker and weaker. If a maior disaster occur, the post- disaster reconstruction become a long and difficult fight, the settlement of the victims will face enormous challenges. At the city boundary we build a vast disaster prevent system, which provides a relatively stable shelter in the post-disaster reconstruction, combining peacetime and disaster-time based on the case study of safe Greenland system in Zigong. Through discussing the comprehensiveness-oriented model of Greenland system and the successional patterns of villages, we try to seek for appropriately special strategies, so as to improve human environment and build a more complete urban disaster prevent green space system.
